Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The room, though small, was immaculately clean and had everything I needed for a night's stay. The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. The location, right across from Kensington Gardens, was ideal with easy access to public transportation. The dining experience was satisfying with a good breakfast selection. While the room could get cold at times, the exceptional service and prime location made up for it.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and suitable for a single person, but the decor felt a bit dated. The location was superb, offering a safe and convenient setting near Kensington Gardens, even with the proximity to a main road. The service was friendly and accommodating overall, though there was a slight hiccup during check-in. The dining options were varied but not without some hitches, like missing tea bags and milk. Despite some setbacks, the hotel provided good value for money with its amenities and proximity to key areas.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were compact but clean and comfortable, conveniently located near a tube station although reaching them required tackling a steep flight of stairs. The service, mainly provided by Eastern European staff, was exceptional with very friendly and incredibly helpful individuals making my stay enjoyable. The location was excellent, offering stunning views overlooking Hyde Park and being just a short walk to the nearest tube station or Paddington Train station. The dining options were sufficient for a good start to the day, featuring a self-service selection of ham, cheese, yogurt, cereals, and toast, along with some hot breakfast items like bacon and eggs. However, there was note of a limitation in terms of fresh fish availability.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, right across from Hyde Park and close to everything. The rooms were comfortable, offering a beautiful view of the park, and they even had coffee and tea facilities. The service was top-notch, with incredibly kind and helpful staff. The dining experience was decent with a continental breakfast. Overall, a great value for money.
Staying on the third floor overlooking the main road and park was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel offers nice tea making facilities, comfy beds with good linen, and being next to the tube station was super convenient. However, the room size was a bit small for my liking, but it served its purpose for a one-night stay.
I must say, this hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The room, though small, had everything I needed for a comfortable night's stay, but I did find it a bit too warm. The service here was exceptional, the staff really ensured I had the best stay possible, even meeting requests for eggs to be cooked to order! The location is superb, being right by Hyde Park with easy access to the tube station. The dining experience was pleasant, with a variety of options for breakfast. Facilities were clean and well-maintained, offering a great value for the price.
